How to find the Test-statistic and the p-value.

Question. Nationwide, it is estimated that 35% of service stations have gas storage tanks that leak to some extent. Environmentalists worry that new (cheaper) materials used in building has caused this number to increase. We randomly sample 47 service stations and determine that only 19 of the stations have storage tanks that leak. Is there evidence to support the Environmentalists worry?

so, my answer is

a) Name the Test: 1-prop z test

b) what is the hypotheses: Ho: P= 0.35

HA: P>0.35

c) Find the test-statistic: ?

d) what is the p-value: 0.22

I could solve it until now like this, but I am not sure whether my answer is correct or not.

how to find and use the calculator and solve the c) and d) exact answers?

How about your level of significance or level of confidence? Usually it's 0.05 for level of significance but I'm not sure in your case.
