What is RS? Round to the nearest tenth.


A circle with radius Q and point P outside the circle is given. A tangent is drawn from point P to point Q. A secant is drawn from point P to point S on the circumference passing through point R to cut a chord RS on the circle. The length of PR is 7 and that of PQ is 11. The angle between the radius and the tangent PQ is indicated as right angle.
