looking just at the numerators, there's a possible repeating pattern

of 8,15,22, 1,8,15,22, 1,8,15, 22, ...

then the next 2 terms, terms 5 and 6 would be

8/28 and 15/28 or

2/7 and 15/28

but there're endless possibilities.
