The answer is 2 atm. The equation is (P1 x V1 / T 1) = (P2 x V2 / T 2). However, because there is no stated volume, you must assume a constant volume, so you can remove volume from the equation all together. This leaves you with

(P1 / T 1) = (P2 / T 2)

Plug in your values ( 3 / 300 ) = ( P2 / 200)

Solve for P2.
