It seems you are supposed to do something like this:
1) In terms of x and y write the equation of the line passing through the given points.
a) determine the slope: -1
b) using point slope: y - 1 = -1 (x - 3) => y = -x + 4
2) Come up with some parametric equations (defining x and y in terms of t). There are infinitely many possibilities. Here is one:
Let x = t, then y = -t + 4.
Or another:
Let x = t + 2, then y = -t + 2.
