Tutor class cancellation

My graddaughter Lexie Santoya had a session scheduled for 11am CST but there seemed to be some confusion since Christian (tutor #15588712) had it scheduled for 11EST. Since he is not able to accommodate for this scheduled class, I wanted to ensure I didn't get charged for it.


I also sent Christian a message regarding this.


p.s. What is a good number for your customer service dept?
