decrease in price is $1 to 5/6 of a dollar or -1/6 dollar change

1/6 of $1 = 1/6 decrease = 16.7% decrease in price per cupcake

They used to cost $1 per cupcake, Now they cost 5/6 = 83.3 cents per cupcake

That's 1.00- .833 = $.0.167 decrease, per cupcake, equal to 16.7% decrease
