P(G|E). There are four even cards, 2 each from green and yellow, so there is a 2/4 = 1/2 chance that if an even card is drawn it is green.
P(G and E) There are two cards that are both green and even out of 9 cards so there is a 2/9 chance that you draw a green and even card.
P(G or E). There are 4 cards that are green, 4 cards that are even and 2 cards that are both green and even. Thus there 4 + 4 - 2 = 6 cards out of 9 that are uniquely green or even (but not both), so there is a 6/9 = 2/3 chance that you draw a green or even card.
