Kinetic energy is calculated by multiplying half of the mass by its speed squared.
KE = (1/2)mv2
Cat: the cat isn't moving, so its velocity is 0 m/s, so there is no kinetic energy.
Fish: (1/2)(0.5)(0.1)2 = 0.0025 m/s
Owner: (1/2)(50)(2)2 = 100 m/s
Kinetic energy from most to least would be the owner, followed by the fish, and then the cat.
