Long time History Buff
The best answer here is Option D. Women were not allowed to vote yet; however, they did begin to experiment with their own form of political activity forcing the luic in general to recognize them as a political entity in at least some form.
In general Women were not allowed in the army during this era unless they served as battlefield nurses.
Though Women participated in some forms of politics, Women were not yet allowed to vote yet.
Also there were no mass migrations to othercountries by women. Southern and Northern Women were left in charge of their husbands estates. Southern women in general were more I claimed to their cause and thus had a level of commitment to stay.
