I think you mislabeled this as Spanish, but it is math. But I will still help you.
Firstly, you need to move all the Xs together and all the Ys together:
1) 5x - 1x - y < 3y < -2 then move the Y
2) 5x - 1x < 3y + y < -2 then solve
3) 4x < 4y < -2 then simplify by dividing by 2
4) 2x < 2y < -1
Both X and Y are likely negative (-) numbers because they are both less than or equal to -1.
