Here are the steps to solve for T2. I've answered similar questions for you before, so I'm not sure why you cannot just copy the other one and substitute these numbers. Here goes...
ln (k2/k1) = -Ea/R (1/T2 - 1/T1) ... ARRHENIUS EQUATION
k1 = 9.77x10-4 s-1
k2 = 8.54x10-3 s-1
Ea = 111 kJ / mol
R = 0.008314 kJ/Kmol
T1 = 713 K
T2 = ?
ln (8.54x10-3 / 9.77x10-4) = - 111/0.008314 (1/T2 - 1/713)
2.17 = - 13,351 (1/T2 - 1/713)
2.17 = -13351/T2 + 18.7
-16.55 = -13351 / T2
T2 = 807K
