3/32, 2/5, or 3/8.

If this were in speed of filling up a bucket and the fastest bucket to be filled is one the top, what order would I put them in?

To do that, you simply need to divide numerator by denominator and you will get:

3/32=0.09375

2/5=0.4

3/8=0.375

Then compare them by first comparing their first decimal and finding the biggest one
