Calculus Formula Problem

You are studying the population of fish in a lake. When you start making observations, there are 100 thousand fish. For the first 3 years, the population grows by 10% each year. After the third year, a chemical spill causes the population to decrease by 10 thousand fish each year until the population becomes extinct. Find a formula for the population, P, as a function of time, t, in years from when you begin making observations.
