i cant figure out the equation and dont know what to do

Ben ran and biked for a total of 72 minutes. Ben runs a mile in 10 minutes but bikes a mile in 4 minutes. He biked twice as far as he ran.  what are the equations to the system and the answer

B=2R, d=rt (distance = rate of speed times time traveled). d=rt, r=d/t, t=d/r B=distance on a bike, R=running distance. R/.1 + B/.25=72 10R+8R =72, 18R=72, R=4 miles running B=8 miles biking
