270 degrees counterclockwise is the same as 90 degrees clockwise. For every 90 degrees we rotate a point, the absolute values of the x and y coordinates switch. Now we need to figure out which quadrant the rotated point will be in. (-1, 5) is in the 2nd quadrant so if we rotate 90 degrees clockwise, we are in the 1st quadrant where x and y are positive. So our new point is (5, 1).
