To find the slope of a line, you use the formula
m = rise/run = (y1 - y2)/(x1 - x2).
Each point you are given is of the form (x, y). So, if we say (5, 11) is point 1, then x1 = 5 and y1 = 11. Similarly, for (10, 2), x2 = 10 and y2 = 2. Plug in those values into your slope formula, and then simplify your answer.
(Note - it doesn't matter which point you call point 1! Try it both ways.)
