Note that the equation for slope-intercept form is y = mx + b, where m is the slope and b is the y-intercept.
First, we plug in the coordinate (0, -4) and the slope of 1/10 into the equation to get the y-intercept:
-4 = (1/10)(0) + b
-4 = 0 + b
b = -4
Therefore, the equation in slope-intercept form is: y = (1/10)x - 4
