Note that the equation for slope-intercept form is y = mx + b, where m is the slope and b is the y-intercept.
First, we plug in the coordinate (3, -4) and the slope of 2 into the equation to get the y-intercept:
-4 = (2)(3) + b
-4 = 6 + b
b = -10
Therefore, the equation in slope-intercept form is: y = 2x - 10
