Do i suffer from bipolar disorder?

I have severe depression, social anxiety, stress, tiredness, hopeless, sleep all day long, but sometimes I'm so hyperactive, very talkative, high energy, many sexual thoughts, sleep less, very happy and crazy that it lasts for days, then my mood again changes to depression. Do I have bipolar disorder?
