What were the two biggest flaws in the Compromise of 1850 were:

I am not sure exactly which answers are correct but I will say this. The Compromise of 1850 accomplished 5 major things (1) California is admitted as a free state; (2) the remaining territory acquired from Mexican cessation was divided into Utah and New Mexico, however no mention of slavery was made; (3) settled the land claim between New Mexico and Texas; (4) Fugitive Slave Act allowed slaves to be apprehended and sent back; (5) buying and selling slaves in D.C. as abolished.
