The term STEM is an acronym that means Science,Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. A school with a STEM curriculum wants to boost innovation and coherency, in those fields, by establishing real-life situations/problems for the students to find solutions to. STEM education is said to generate more creative thinkers and those literate to the sciences, as opposed to public school. According to the U. S. Department of Commerce, STEM occupations are growing at 17% and STEM degree holders have a higher income even in non-STEM careers.
