how do i find the standard enthalpy of formation of glucoamylase? How do i estimate it

You can't just estimate it without any additional data or information. You would be able to estimate it if you had the primary structure of the enzyme (amino acids) and had some information as to the ∆Hformation of the amino acids, etc. This is a far fetched question, to say the least.
