If you still need the answer to this question...
To answer this question, you need to know the equilibrium vapor pressure of water at 25 C; that is 100 % relative humidity. 57 % relative humidity simply means that the actual vapor pressure of water in the room is 57 % of the equilibrium value. From that pressure, the volume of the room, and the ideal gas law, you can estimate the amount of water in the room as vapor. Use care with your units.
