Definitely contact WyzAnt support about this issue that you and your tutor Leslie are having regarding the above matter. They will be able to help you get it solved. You can click on the orange Support button in the bottom righthand corner of the WyzAnt homepage and send an email to Customer Support, or possibly chat with a WyzAnt representative live online if they are available (only during certain hours of the day each day, however).
