Hello,
There are all kinds of things that can cause stress. For me, I usually feel stressed when there are too many demands on my schedule or I am in conflict with someone that I care about. The easiest way for me to deal with my stress is to exercise or do relaxing activities such as taking a warm bath or sitting outside listening to birds. Stress can cause physical and psychological distress. I ave experienced nausea and headaches from stress. I have also experienced emotional stress that causes depression or anger.
