What factors are important in the process of learning a new language?

During my teaching time, I often found that some students learn less than others under the same classroom conditions and resources with the same teacher. What factors are important in the process of learning a new language?

patience, determination, and practice. I speak 3 languages and I learned two of them by myself. Persian/Farsi is my native language but I learned English and Italian. the biggest reason why people give up on learning languages is because they want to become fluent overnight which is not possible and that kills the determination and their purpose. learning a language is a process that may be hard at first but as you go forward with learning more it becomes easier. But practice and repeating and finding new ways of putting that language into use is elemental.

If you are learning a language, then it is better to have more time to learn. More practice is very effective for learning the language and conversation helps in learning the most. So it is better to practice more and learn sooner. Don't forget that watching video clubs of the target language will also help you learn quickly. So have more time to learn to practice more and learn faster. Most importantly, don't be afraid if you mispronounce a sentence or word. This is a normal flow of language learning

Exposure to a new language is an important factor. Does the learner experience the language in the classroom only? Or do they have native speakers in their family at home?  Also, the age of the learner plays an important role in their ability to develop mastery of a new language. Moreover, the learner’s native language plays an important role in their acquisition of a new language. For example, it will be much easier to learn Spanish if the learner’s native language is French. The motivation of the learner is a very important factor for their success.

In my opinion, a lot of constant practice to learn new lessons (writing, reading, listening, and speaking) , find your own learning flaws, and get used to ask question to know what you do not know is the best solution.
