I have 8+ years of experience tutoring math; would love to help you!
First you need to change 10 2/3 into and improper fraction and to turn it into an improper fraction would be to multiple the denominator with you big number and then add the numerator so 3*10 and then add 2 to get 32 and the denominator would stay the same, so it would be 32/3.
For the 4/9 + 5 you need to combine them to just get one fraction so would need to put 5 over 1 so it would look like 4/9 + 5/1 from there you find the lowest common denominator in this case it would 9. So 4/9 + 45/9 and now you can add them to get 49/9.
Now you have 32/3 divided by 49/9. So when you are dividing fractions you take the reciprocal of the second fraction of the equation and multiple them. Would now be 32/3 multiple by 9/49.
32/3 * 9/49 = 288/147
Now you need to try to reduce 288/147 and you can by dividing both top and bottom numbers by 3 because 3 goes into both 288 and 147.
Final answer would be 96/49 or 1 47/49.
