The domain is the set of all the values of the independent variable (often times that is "x") so:
Domain: {-3, 4, 12} but, if you need to, you can enter "4" twice although that is redundant.
The range is the set of all the values of the dependent variable (often times that is "y") so:
Range: {8, 12} but if you need to, you can enter "8" twice and "12" twice although that is redundant..
