You're giving an expression, which means you're stating some values but you're not saying what they are equal to. For example, 5 + n = 0 would be an equation, but 5 + n is an expression.

Oh I now see you have - not =


If it is suppose to be an equal sign then proceed as follows


19/20 = p/5


You want to get p by itself on one side of the equal sign.


First multiply both sides by 5

5(19/20) = p/5(5)


5(19/20) = (p/5)5


19/4 = p

4 3/4 = p
