Hi Emma. So, for part (a) you're just going to add the two equations together: f(x)+g(x) = x^2+4x-5.
Similarly, for part (b) you're just going to multiply the two equations together: x^2(4x-5). You can use the distributive property to simplify that.
For part (c), you're going to "plug" g(x) into f(x). In other words, f(whatever)= (whatever)^2 =====> so f(g(x))= f(4x-5)= (4x-5)^2. You can simplify that if you want; just remember (4x-5)^2 = (4x-5)(4x-5) and then FOIL it.
