I am not sure of exactly what you are asking. Given an angle, the x coordinate would correspond to the cosine value. ( 180- the angle ) would be the supplement of the angle which for cosine would be the negative of the original x value which is this case would then be +13
If you want to see this visually plot the angles 60 and 150 you will see they are the negative of one another ( +1/2 and -1/2) . You can try other angle pairs as well an you will have the same result. I hope this is what you are looking for
