Hello,

Can you please assist me to find any resouces/ material or book that explains this topic "order preserving estimates of polynomials" and this associated terms : order preserving upper estimate and order preserving upper estimate.

Unofortunately, i could not find anything on the internet related to this topic and i would appreciate if you direct me to the kown name for this theory/topic.

Example:

For this polynomial:

P(x) = 4(X^5) - 3(x^3) -2(x^2) -5

M = 4 and, for example, R = 1 are good parameters for the order preserving upper-estimation

When I did a search on the internet, I found the an article titles"Order-preserving Estimators and an Inequality on the Integration of Zonal Polynomial" in this journal: Communications in Statistics - Theory and Methods Volume 34, 2005 - Issue 7. Additionally, here's the Keywords: Entropy loss function, Matrix variate distribution, Orthogally invariant estimator.
