Find the perimeter .
30+14=44ft.
44x.95=41.8
The total cost is $41.80.

here first you have to find Perimeter of the rectangular Room , because strip of the paper will be surrounded the room .
so you know the formula of the Perimeter of a Rectangle is = 2* ( L + W )
So the Perimeter of that ractangular Room = 2* ( 15 + 7 ) ft
= 44 Ft.( unit of perimeter is always in ft not in sqare ft )
So per ft it costs $.95 ,
44 ft it will cost 44* $.95 = $ 41.8
Hence , the total cost to install the strip of the paper is $ 41.8 Ans
