this is a Trig problem
it will be better to draw the Right Triangle as following the above problem
In this Right triangle you have to calculate the hypotenuse as they asking , it is the side opposite to the 90deg angle of this triangle. and the angle of elevation is 61deg and and adjacent side is 14 mt.
Lets say Hypotenuse= h
so as we remember soh cah toa,
Cos 61deg= adjacent/hypotenuse=14/ h
h = 14/ cos61 degree
use your calculator and get the value in Degree
