Hi Khanh,
Technology can be incorporated in modern therapeutic approaches such as systematic desensitization (for example with virtual reality therapy as you suggested). We can imagine that technology can also be incorporated in psycho-education (e.g., psycho-education videos sent to patients, like explanations on mindfulness), in tracking patients' progress (e.g., with smartphone applications where patients could rate their moods), in providing homework and feedback virtually in CBT treatments (e.g., different worksheets for specfic needs). Technology has been used dramatically more during the pandemic, including for talk therapy that is traditionally conducted in person. This poses the question of how the field of clinical psychology will evolve and the importance of in-person human contact in this field - but this is beyond your question.
I hope that helped. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you want to clarify or further discuss this topic or other topics!
