The population of a town has been growing, following the equation P=300t+4500where t is years after 2010. The number of restaurants in the town has been growing according to the equation R=3t+35

If the equations are for 2010, then is 2016 t would be 6. Plug that into both equations.
R=3(6)+35 = 53
P=300(6)+4500 = 6300
restaurants/capita would be 53/6300 = 0.0084
