I have a pack of 6oz small bottle rockets i bought for the 4th of july. 2 of the pointy caps came off. Can they still be used.

These small bottle rockets (or "skyrockets") are typically filled with black powder-type fuel, and may or may not have fins on the launch stick to help stabilize the rocket in flight. The cap, or nose cone, often includes the "payload" which could be an additional explosive, or confetti, or a parachute, etc. For your firework, it should work just fine without that cap - it will shoot up, but it may not "bang" at the top of its flight!

Have fun, but PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THESE ROCKETS!!! Stick them in the ground pointing straight up, only light one at a time, and move quickly away before the rocket takes off!
