3. A 36 years old male was referred to physical therapy clinic because of weakness in his right deltoid muscle; history taking reveled that patient had road traffic accident 3 month ago. On examination the patient have normal range of motion in all movements at shoulder, and deltoid muscle strength is in grade 3. Now the patient wants to develop his strength.
A. Enlist mode of resisted exercise for above case.
B. Discuss indications for strength training.
C. Explain procedure for calculating 1RM for above case.
D. Differentiate Delorme and Oxford technique.

B. They need a discussion. The determination wether or not to move forward in PT is up to the therapist. The patient may have suffered a tear of some sort and as a result there are certain protocols that must be followed. Always assess before you do anything else.
