In the last week we have had issues connecting with our tutor and reliably hearing her audio.
We have flushed the cache and history
She mentioned that there is a glitch in our account. That we are listed 2 or 3 ways?
Can someone assist us before our next sessions tomorrow.

Hi Julie,
I would recommend that you email [email protected] with your issue. They are usually really quick in responding generally within 24 hours of when you email them. As well, assuming you are using a PC check in settings to see if your devices(mic and speakers) are connected and also to see which ones your computer is using. Sometimes your computer will select a device that is no longer connected to your computer. You can access all of this by going to the search bar (magnifying glass) at the bottom left and searching for devices or more directly by searching for mic or speakers and then looking through settings to see what you can change. It should be pretty clear in setting what you may need to change but if you don't know what you are changing, don't do it as it may cause more problems for you. Hope this helps.
