PLAN 1 = 30 + 0.4M

PLAN2 = 50 + 0.35M

We want to know when the plan costs are equal, or:

30 + 0.4M = 50 + 0.35M

Rearranging:

-20 = -0.05M

or

M = 20/.05

M = 400 minutes

400 minutes * 1 hour/60 minutes = 6.666666666666 . . . . . . hours, BTW
