The fraction that shows pure red is the fraction of "1/4". Pure red indicates that it is based on a homozygous dominant pair which is RR.
The table is divided into 4 parts, so think of that as a denominator. However, only one division of that table shows a homozygous pair of RR, the numerator will then be 1. Therefore, the only fraction you would consider will be 1/4.
