This question is asking you for the highest growth rate that occurred during one of the five day periods. Since the ‘days since inoculation’ goes up by 5, you just need to find which ‘concentration of Chlorella’ displayed the greatest difference. To do this you can subtract final-initial for each. 

Day 0-5: .08-.01 = .07

Day 5-10: .55-.08 = .47

Day 10-15: 1.9-.55 = 1.35

Day 15-20: 2.8-1.9 = .9

Day 20-25: 3.2-2.8 = .4

Day 25-30: 3.2-3.2 = 0

Day 10-15 has the highest growth rate of 1.35. Hope this helps!
