Is the sentence below correct?

I have to take those oars to the boathouse.

According to the sentence, is it alright for me to use “those”?

Yes. "Those" means approximately "the items over there." If you were to instead say "these oars," you would be saying "the oars right here near me." Either could be correct, dpending on meaning.

On the other hand, "all right" is two words. :)

Actually, alright is alright. -- American Heritage Dictionary. All right is all right as a preferred choice.
