I also wanted to add a commonly overlooked piece of anatomy that bends the light. The aqueous humor, which is just the fluid between your cornea & lens in the front of your eye. This fluid is mostly water, & when light rays move from the air to the water they get bent pretty drastically, & we call this refraction. So the main three structures that bend light would be the cornea, the aqueous humor, & the lens.
