The domain for y = 7 log 3 is

This strikes me as a bit of a trick question.
7log(3) is a constant equal to approximately 3.34. SO all you need to do is re-write the equation as such:
y=3.34
As you know y=(some constant) always generates a horizontal line graph. Since the graph extends infinitely to both the left and right, the domain must be all reals.
