On Halloween night, the wizened old lady sat outside of her house making a withes brew in her cauldron that consisted of herbs, water and nostrum. As neighborhood children approached her house, they were nervous because she was not very friendly and considered a pariah. The neighborhood children came closer and closer to her house and could hear a cacophonus sound of music. The kids were so scared and ran away before even getting candy. After that night, the neighborhood people were not gainsay at all about her being a witch.
