I cant draw this but will tell you how to do it

A negative cosine graph is a cosine graph flipped over the x xais

It stars at -1 , passes through zero at pi/2 and peaks at 1 at pi. It then returns to zero at 3pi/2 and -1 at 2pi

Since the amplitude is 2 everything is multiplied by 2 so graph starts at -2 and peaks at +2. The zero are not affected since 2 x 0 is still 0
