Depends on the adaptation. A change in behavior cannot select for something impressive, let's say peacock feathers, that requires the process of natural and sexual selection. But organisms can adapt to their environment, like my cat. She got into a fight with a bee and stung her face, she may adapt to this, seeing as she didn't die of an allergic reaction, and learn that bees are not for eating. Nonetheless most features that we consider "adaptive" like feet, fingers, skulls, brains, ect, are not features that evolved through behavioral adaptations.
