According to Charles law V/T = constant
Let V1 be the volume of air in balloon at temperature T1 and V2 be the volume of the air in balloon after heating to temperature T2
T1 = 110 C = (11+273)K = 284 K
T2= 1290C = (129+273) = 402K
V1/T1 = V2/T2
V2 =( V1 *T2)/T1
= (1.19*106*402)/284
= 1.68*106 L

The relation V/T = constant at constant pressure requires that T be in an absolute scale. T needs to be converted to kelvins, and then plugged into the equation.05/01/20
